Electrofusion Fittings ( Couplers, Reducers, Elbows, Equal Tee and End Caps)
- Electro Fusion Fittings are used to connect two long HDPE pipes, repairing leakage joints and for connecting TEE joints with HDPE pipe.
- Manufactured using HDPE 100, same material as of pipes to ensure uniform bonding, resulting in homogenous joint.
- Manufactured in black colour suitable for SDR11 standard.
- Indigenous sturdy design - tested for PN16 rating for water pressure.
- Its strength is comparable to buttfusion joints.
- Electro Fusion Fittings are designed with large insertion depths.
- Wide fusion zones with cold zones at the middle and end to avoid outward flow of molten plastic.
- Can be easily installed without using any holding devices.
- All Electro Fusion Fittings come with barcodes stickers, which are compatible with all reputed “Fusion Machines”.
- Sizes available from 20 mm to 160 mm.
- Electro Fusion Fittings comply with BS EN 12201.
