AIVA Engineering Private Ltd is a manufacturing company in water service market, which is bringing best innovative products since last several years. Apart from the business, AIVA also understands the importance of the Social Responsibility towards the most precious resource like water. To express its gratitude to some individuals who have worked in the field of water purification, conservation or distribution, AIVA has joined hands with Maitri Pariwar a renowned NGO in Nagpur.

Once in 3 years, AIVA and Maitri Pariwar jointly declare following awards:

1. AIVA Entrepreneur Award: 

Individual entrepreneur who has developed innovative gadget/technology for water purification, equitable water distribution or conservation.

2. AIVA Engineering Student Award:

A student from an engineering college who has presented the best research paper on his/her innovative ideas, concepts, designs on water purification, equitable water distribution or conservation

3. AIVA Felicitation for a Social Cause Award:

An individual who has developed awareness through his/her work in teh society on water conservation and distribution or source strengthening

Why the Award is Named as 'AIVA Bhagirath'?

According to Hindu Epics, the sage 'Bhagirath' brought the “Ganga” river on the earth for the service of the mankind. To revive his memory, we have named the awards in his name. To celebrate this 'Water Festival', the award distribution cermenoy happens on the first day of the 'Mruga Nakshatra'.
